Castle Chase was created by the Centex Corporation and comprises of 172 homes. In October of 1997, the prices started at $172,900 for the 1,338 square foot Carlisle model. At present, costs go from $300,000 to over $400,000. There were five diverse models (with what added up to eleven floor plans) going in size from 1,338 square feet to 1,941 square feet. Every model was offered in three diverse elevations and additionally had various customizable outside alternatives which added variety to the neighborhood's appearance.
The area offers something for everyone, including trail systems, magnificent mountain views and has its own community center with a heated pool and spa, a kitchenette, BBQ stations, restrooms, workout area and a covered patio area. An extra homeowner's fee covers the cost of these luxuries.
