Arizona Highlands was created by Kaufman and Broad, now KB/home, and comprises of 110 single family homes.
In July of 1996, the list prices started at $182,500 for the 1,846 square foot Pinnacle model. At present, costs go from the low $300,000's to about $500,000 with the highest prices assigned to those homes with the most engaging settings.
There were six diverse models (with a mixture of floor arrangements) running in size from 1,846 square feet to over 2,700 square feet. Of the six story plans, there were two 2-story homes and 4 single story homes. Every model was offered in three distinctive elevations and likewise had various customizable outer surface alternatives which gave the group a more fluctuated and engaging look. The sum of the homes had a standard 3-car garage. An alternative to change one of the garages into a reward room was accessible on a large portion of the models.
This exquisite group is encompassed, generally, by a common wash zone with walking paths adjacent.
